Swimming isn't just about getting in a good workout; it's become my meditation. As I glide through the water, I feel tension melting away from my muscles, especially in my face and neck. It's like a natural facelift, with each stroke toning and tightening those muscles. But it's not just physical – swimming has become my sanctuary. In the winter when the sun's hiding, this pool is my little slice of paradise. It's where I find peace, where I can let go of the stresses of the day ahead. If you haven't thought about changing your diet until now, it's time to pay attention to it. Spring is the time not only to clean the house where we sleep but also our house, which is given to us to wear 24 hours a day. The body needs attention and love, it is our home.. When I teach about Face Yoga and facial care, I always mention how important it is to nourish our body. One cannot do without the other. Let's pay attention to food that bothers us and causes allergies, flatulence, lack of energy, headache, inflammatory processes... Raw food cured all my symptoms and gave me more energy and a better quality of life. It gave me the joy of life! Today I'm sharing with you this wonderful recipe that requires a dehydrator. Required for 2 people: Raw vegan Ramen - 2 sacks of grated red cabbage - 2 sacks of grated carrots - 1 medium onion, cut into slices - 200 g of mushrooms, 100 grams per person - 1 bunch of coriander, divided in half per person, finely chopped - 200 g of peas, 100 g per person (from the freezer) - Red pepper cut into slices For the sauce: - 2 teaspoons of sesame oil - 2 cloves or more of finely chopped garlic - 200 ml coco aminos (substitute for soy sauce) - Hot pepper (optional) - Ginger, approximately 100g (grated) - 4 tablespoons of olive oil - Salt - Pepper - Curry spice, optional - Optional coconut milk Grate all the vegetables, and divide them into two bowls. Combine the filling for the sauce, you can also use a blender and pour it over the vegetables so that the vegetables float in it. Place in a dehydrator for a couple of hours at 45 degrees. Cauliflower Salad (for two people) 1 cauliflower 1 cucumber 2-4 tomatoes 1 small onion 1 bunch of cilantro half a hot pepper, or whole 1-2 red bell peppers salt pepper Optional: add garlic, olive oil, parsley, or other herbs you like. Wash and dry all the vegetables. Place the cauliflower in a food processor and chop it until it reaches the size of rice. Transfer the cauliflower to a large bowl. Dice or slice all the other vegetables and add them to the bowl with cauliflower. Finely chop the cilantro. Add salt, pepper, and optionally olive oil and other kitchen spices. Mix well, and the salad is ready. This is a wonderful and simple salad that I really love. It's so refreshing to me. I know that most people usually have at least three of the listed ingredients on their table, so it can always be improvised. I love experimenting with new recipes and flavors, and playing with colors is wonderful! Vegetables come in so many colors, and each color has its own function. Treat yourself to this simple salad at least once a week; it will give you energy. This type of diet suits me the most, and I know that since I started eating raw food, I've been much healthier, and my body is fulfilled and happy. In addition to facial exercises, my intention is to introduce you to my diet regime and inspire you with my recipes. My goal is for the human population to eat better and take better care of themselves and their bodies, which need maintenance and care. We used to think that aging begins in the 40s. Today it has been proven that we can influence and slow down aging. Lifestyle and the fuel we put into our bodies play a crucial role.
