Green clay for the face
This type of clay is a great choice when it comes to treating neglected, oily skin prone to acne and pimples. It is the most healing clay and a real balm for oily skin. Thanks to the green clay, the skin is soft and elastic, and the tightening effect it has makes it ideal in its action against wrinkles. It absorbs all dirty and harmful substances by binding them to itself and the accumulated dirt that was on the face, making the face flawlessly clean. Green clay, in addition to being used for external use, can also be used for internal use as a means of detoxifying the body. When we talk about green clay, the most famous is certainly the French green clay, especially it has the power to improve blood and lymph circulation.
If you want a mask made of green clay, you can make it with a little water and with the addition of essential oils. Apply the mask evenly, preferably with your fingers, on your face and hold it on your face for a few minutes until the clay hardens. Then rinse until all residue is removed.
Yogurt
The lactic acid present in yogurt will help hydrate the skin and so the tired look of the face will disappear. The lactic acid present in yogurt prevents the production of the enzyme tyrosine, which is responsible for the production of melanin. Melanin is responsible for a darker skin tone. When its production is reduced, your skin will be lighter. Lactic acid from yogurt removes impurities and clogs pores. It also contains alpha-hydroxy acid, which helps remove dead cells from the surface layer of the skin, kills fungi. Lactic acid does not irritate the skin but stimulates cells to regenerate faster. It has calcium and B vitamins such as B2 (riboflavin), B5, and B12. Zinc from yogurt reduces skin inflammation as well as the amount of fat that the sebaceous glands produce. The probiotics in yogurt kill harmful bacteria found on the skin. Yogurt is rich in zinc, which soothes the skin after careless exposure to the sun, which makes the face red, tight, and painful.
- Yogurt lightens your skin
- Yogurt tightens your skin pores
- Yogurt helps clear acne
- Yogurt helps diminish wrinkles
In short, yogurt is fantastic for your skin! Use it at least once a week!
Bananas contain potassium, which deeply hydrates the skin. It contains amino acids that maintain elasticity. contains vitamin A and B.
Avocado is a source of fatty acids. It contains vitamins A and E. Hydrates and soothes the skin, helps the skin to recover.
Honey has antibacterial properties. Hydrates the skin and maintains moisture.
Egg white is rich in collagen, proteins, vitamin A, restores skin elasticity, and nourishes it.
These are just some of the masks I listed. The combination has a lot. You also try to experiment on your own. Of course, with knowledge about foods and their effect on the skin. You can always add some of the fruit with yogurt and honey. It’s your mask base.
When we talk about masks, each of them has a special application and purpose. Depending on the face and the quality of the skin, a certain mask is also used. I’m basically for that philosophy, if you can’t eat the mask, don’t put it on your face. I deeply believe in our Mother Nature who arranged everything perfectly. Everything you need is in your fridge.
I don’t like to put on shopping masks that contain various preservatives and additives. Natural healthy masks are the best and cheapest masks you can make. Your face will be deeply grateful.
