We all know that Yoga gives fantastic results when we talk about flexibility, better blood circulation in the body. During exercise, Yoga brings more energy and increases productivity.

I will take this opportunity to introduce you to Yoga for the face.

As we know, Yoga is related to the body, but there is also Yoga for the face, through which we raise the facial muscles by exercising, we establish better circulation on the face. We remove fatigue, tension, headaches, stimulate lymph work, remove wrinkles, stimulate collagen production, stimulate acupuncture points on the face.

My experience is that during the Face Yoga class, everyone present gets more energy, their enthusiasm returns, a smile on their face. We stimulate circulation, because we also do short warming up exercises and exercises for beter posture. We restore vitality, we replace drowsiness with wakefulness.

With the team I work with, I help build better communication and trust among colleagues.

Certified Face Yoga

I am a certified Face Yoga instructor and I use a holistic approach to promoting a healthy life that includes Face Yoga.

During one 1.5-hour face yoga class, I will introduce you to:

  • Presentation of Face Yoga
  • Facts related to Face Yoga
  • Warm up exersice
  • The importance of water
  • Habits
  • 5 or more facial exercises
  • Relaxation
  • Meditation, visualization

Through daily exercise lasting 5 to 10 minutes, you will notice a difference on your face in as little as two weeks. Sometimes even earlier depending on your persistence.
