Pencil push-up for the eyes
Hold a pencil vertically in front of you at the height of your eyes. Move the pencil away from you until your arm is straight. While looking at the pencil, slowly move the pencil towards you and stop right in front of your nose. Make sure the pencil is centrally positioned between both eyes and keep the focus on the pencil. Then move the pencil away from you again until your arm is straight.
Do this 20 times.
Get out of the pose and relax. Close your eyes while doing this.
Advantages: Improves vision, prevents presbyopia (a form of visual impairment caused by a decrease in the ability to see sharply at short distances) as a result of aging.
Tip: You may feel a strange feeling or discomfort when using this pose. Eventually it goes away. If your pain or discomfort is too much, stop or do fewer repetitions. You can use your finger instead of a pencil, but a pencil is recommended for best results.
